Certainly, no one wishes for this to happen, and when it does, it's not pleasant for anyone.

However, if it does happen, then:

1. For cancellations made earlier than 10 days before the party, your deposit can be transferred to another date.
2. For cancellations made up to 10 days before your party, we retain €300.
3. For cancellations made between 5 and 2 days before your party, we retain €400.
4. For cancellations made from 1 day before your party up until the party time, we retain €400, as well as all service expenses, including food, cake (if not collected within one week), entertainers, and any special arrangements agreed upon for your party that cannot be used at a later event.
